Full Time / Temporary Family Ministry Summer Interns

We believe that the Summer Internship at Northside Community Church provides room for valuable church ministry experience and spiritual growth to develop.

This year we have applied for four positions under the Government’s “Canada Summer Jobs” program. All 4 positions are for child and youth workers who will help plan and execute our children and youth ministry calendar for the summer of 2024.

This year all 4 of our interns will be working together as a team to execute one unified calendar of events.

The proposed positions are for 8-16 weeks at 35 hours per week beginning between May 11 and Jun 29 and running through to the end of the summer (Aug 30) at a wage of $18.50 per hour.

Details of each position will be finalized with individual candidates based on government funding received and the successful applicants' availability, gifting, interest and skills.

When can I apply:

Applications are being accepted now with interviews expected to begin the week of April 21-25.

Please send your resume, along with a cover letter, to info@wearenorthside.com, prior to the expected start of interviews.

We will continue to accept resumes until positions are filled.
